RN Director of Behavioral Health

Oversee strategic direction and operational oversight for all Behavioral Health services, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and discharge processes. Collaborate with medical staff, social services, and community agencies to optimize care delivery, while monitoring clinical outcomes, quality indicators, and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations for departmental staff, manage scheduling, and develop policies to ensure safety and efficiency. Work with risk management and quality departments to address incidents and implement new technologies. Reports to top management and may work in a staff role as required. Day shift hours at Lafollette Medical Center.
