RN - Director, Nursing Administration

RN - Director, Nursing Administration leads the nursing management team and oversees delivery of nursing services within the PCS department. The role ensures quality of care, patient satisfaction and staff competency by integrating nursing policies into practice and collaborating with the Center’s leadership team to operationalize patient care objectives. Key responsibilities include directing daily operations of patient care areas, fostering leadership in the nursing team, and ensuring adherence to standards and policies. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare-related field, and NJ nursing licensure with 5–7 years of nursing experience and 3 years in nursing supervision/management; BLS certification is preferred. Bi-weekly hours are 80 with a M-F schedule. Starting salary is $120,000 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits; location noted as Browns Mills, NJ.
