RN Dialysis, PRN role providing care to dialysis patients using nursing processes; supervise dialysis technicians; implement physician orders; develop and follow care plans; educate patients on dialysis, diet, fluids, and self-care; coordinate with physicians, social workers, dietitian, and staff; monitor patients and equipment, ensure safety and equipment readiness, and manage documentation and communication with other health care personnel; step into roles involving teaching patients about dialysis principles, vascular access, and related topics; participate in routine unit meetings and uphold professional conduct and confidentiality.
