Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes within the framework of established policies and procedures. This role supports career transition and offers schedule flexibility for PRN positions at Piedmont Henry Hospital, with a preference for one year of prior hospital setting experience for PRN candidates. Current RN licensure in Georgia or NLC/eNLC multistate license, along with BCLS certification, is required.
