Job Summary
RN Dialysis On Call PRN role providing 1) patient-centered nursing care in an acute dialysis program 2) dialysis machine setup/operation and monitoring 3) collaboration with the care team to implement care plans 4) education for patients/families and adherence to treatment plans 5) on-call shifts with mandatory orientation, monthly meetings, and phased expansion to 24/7 coverage; includes in-person orientation and day-to-day shifts, with minimum two 12-hour call shifts per month initially and later two 24-hour call shifts per month, in Kirksville, MO.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred
