Job Summary
RN Dialysis - Columbia County Part-Time: Provide high-quality nursing care to dialysis patients as part of the patient care team. Responsibilities include patient assessment and care plan execution, care coordination, documentation, patient advocacy and education, participation in performance improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development. Maintain confidentiality and safety standards, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, and support shared governance while delivering compassionate care during daytime shifts (7am-5pm) across two days. The role requires current RN licensure (state-based or multi-state Compact), BLS certification, and an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse license (single-state or multi-state compact)
- BLS - Basic Life Support Certification (Instructor or standard)
- Required licensure/certification upon hire as applicable
