RN Dialysis Clinical Manager

Oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of an outpatient dialysis facility by hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team. Collaborate with physicians to track and deliver superior patient outcomes while monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Manage daily clinic operations with a focus on clinical excellence and team leadership. Requires a current California RN license, BLS certification, and either a BSN with dialysis management experience or five years in dialysis with twelve months in management.
