Job Summary
RN - Dialysis at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital: provide direct nursing care in the Dialysis Unit, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, updating and revising patient care plans; monitor and document patient conditions; administer prescribed medications and treatments; follow physician and nursing orders; educate patients and families; coordinate discharge needs; work days with on-call shifts (7:00am–7:30pm or 6:00am–6:30pm) with rotating weekends/holidays; benefit programs include RN Loan Repayment and relocation assistance, within a Magnet Hospital setting that emphasizes safety and caregiver well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through AHA or Red Cross
- ACLS Certification if in a Critical Care area (must be presented upon hire or within first year)
- One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
