Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in moderate to high acuity Acute Care and Dialysis units, including patient assessment throughout dialysis treatment and management of dialysis equipment and supplies. Prioritize evidence-based practice, patient wellness, and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and supporting competency validation through clinical orientation. Maintain a full-time 72-hour day shift schedule with an hourly rate of $38.91 to $60.31, dependent on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
- 6 months of dialysis nursing experience
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
