Job Summary
RN Dermatology position at Allina Health providing outpatient dermatology nursing care across River Falls and Woodbury clinics. Responsibilities include nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, coordination of care, collaboration with families and health care team, adherence to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and professional development. Requires RN licensure in MN and/or WI, BLS (and ACLS as applicable), and may include additional state licenses or certifications based on department. Includes floating to other dermatology clinics as needed with float pay and mileage reimbursement; 10-hour day shifts, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours per two-week pay period, no weekends; benefits package and E-Verify participation described.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
- Licensed Registered Nurse - WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required upon hire
- BLS within 30 days
- ACLS-BLS Tier 2 within 1-1/2 years
- RN license must be active in MN and/or WI as applicable
- 0 to 2 years RN experience (internal clinic experience considered)
- May require additional state licenses based on location of service (MN/WI)
- ANCC certification depending on department within 1-1/2 years
