Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plans. Collaborate with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals. Adjust assignments to Resident Assistants, Med Techs, and Nurses to demonstrate leadership. Requires a state-approved nursing school graduate, active RN license, and at least two years of caring experience in assisted living or long-term care.
Required Qualifications
- A proud graduate of a state approved school of nursing
- There's a Registered Nurse license with your name on it
- You've enjoyed at least two years of caring for people in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment
