RN, DAYS, Med Surg, Cheraw

Provide appropriate nursing interventions consistent with the Plan of Care and physician-prescribed medical plans. Conduct hourly rounds using service excellence standards while fostering an environment of caring, compassion, and respect for patients, families, and visitors. Utilize health and safety equipment to protect both patient and staff, and manage care for central lines, foley catheters, pressure ulcers, ventilators, restraints, and patients at risk for falls. Serve as charge nurse when assigned to advance resuscitative certification and precept novice employees. Work full-time, 72 hours bi-weekly from 7a-7p, with every other weekend required.
