Job Summary
Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in patients' homes across the Greater Houston area on 8–12 hour shifts, enabling families to receive care at home. Assess client conditions during visits, including vital signs, seizure monitoring, and care for gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators. Deliver quality skilled care for pediatric clients in a home setting, with emphasis on patient safety, thorough documentation, and collaboration with a care team. Schedule includes day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts; benefits include competitive pay, insurance options, and PTO/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN license
