Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessments and diagnoses tailored to resident needs. Administer medications correctly and demonstrate knowledge of pharmacology. Plan and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers regarding their health and care. Maintain standards of professional nursing throughout the integrated care process. Requires current state RN licensure in good standing, strong organization skills, and excellent communication abilities in English. Full-time role with a salary range of $36.74-$42.64, offering comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
