Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care per the prescribed plan of care, monitor patient progress, administer medications (including insulin and IV fluids), perform wound care and dressing changes, document vitals and health data, and collaborate with providers and health-team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requires active RN licensure in the applicable state and an Associate/AS degree in nursing; practical trach/vent experience preferred. Daily care across multiple home-care locations in WV with flexible FT/PT/PRN scheduling and a sign-on option.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
