Job Summary
In-home RN responsibilities across WV service locations include delivering direct patient care per the prescribed plan, monitoring progress, administering medications and IV fluids, wound care, documenting patient data, and collaborating with providers and the health-care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role supports flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) with in-home patient care across Morgantown, Wheeling, Fairmont, and Kingwood, WV, under Interim HealthCare.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state
- Reliable transportation to care sites
- Practical tracheostomy and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
