RN Day Shift - $5000 Sign On

Assess physical and behavioral health needs of patients, develop nursing care plans, and maintain medical records while educating families on conditions. Administer medications per orders, document controlled substance counts, and ensure physician orders are legible and transcribed appropriately. Monitor patient status continuously, notify physicians of significant changes such as medical emergencies or medication responses, and coordinate unit activities. Complete admission and discharge processes efficiently, demonstrate universal precautions, and maintain therapeutic rapport with patients while respecting personal boundaries. Provide care within state Nurse Practice Act regulations and facility policies. Shift runs 7a-7p with a sign-on bonus.
