RN - Day - $20k sign on bonus

Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs and develop nursing care plans. Maintain medical records, educate families on conditions, and ensure physicians' orders are legible and transcribed appropriately. Administer medications per orders, document controlled substance counts, and notify physicians of significant status changes or medical emergencies. Complete admission and discharge processing, demonstrate universal precautions, and communicate therapeutically with patients, visitors, and co-workers while coordinating unit activities. Requires current RN license, one year of experience, and CPR/de-escalation certification. Full-time day or night shifts available with $20k sign-on bonus.
