Job Summary
Join Logan Health as an RN CVOR Surgery Circulator to be a vital patient advocate in high-acuity cardiovascular surgeries. Responsibilities include performing pre-operative assessments, maintaining a sterile environment, collaborating with medical staff, and coordinating care across departments. Ideal candidates will possess a Montana RN license, at least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting, CPR/BLS certification, and a strong knowledge of nursing practices. Required Qualifications
- Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana
- 1+ year(s) of RN experience in an acute care, surgical, or perioperative setting
- Active HCP CPR and/or BLS certification
- Strong working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice
- Understanding of infection prevention and control standards
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 2+ years of RN experience in an acute care, surgical, or perioperative setting
- Prior experience in Operating Room, CVOR, or other procedural areas
- Additional certifications relevant to perioperative or cardiovascular care
- Experience supporting high-acuity patients and complex procedures
