Job Summary
Staff Nurse at CarolinaEast Health System provides direct patient care and serves as a charge nurse per the Nurse Manager's expectations, implementing nursing standards and division policies. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an NCBON approved School of Nursing
- Current RN license with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing or Compact License recognized by the North Carolina State Board of Nursing
- Knowledge of current trends and techniques in nursing
- Ability to relate effectively to patients, families, physicians, staff, and others using proper channels of communication
- Professional role model for others
- Ability to deliver care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the unit(s)
- Maintain current AHA BLS certification
- Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence
