RN CV Prep Recovery Cath Lab

Prepare patients for and recover them after cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures in the CV Lab. Administer medications, perform procedural documentation, and manage conscious sedation for transesophageal echo, cardiac stress tests, tilt table tests, and cardioversions. Monitor patient conditions, address psychosocial and physical care needs, and communicate with physicians and families. Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory, and departmental quality improvement activities under the supervision of the Cardiovascular Services Director. Requires an RN license, ACLS within 30 days, and ACLS within 6 months.
