RN CV ICU Nights

Conduct direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within a technically complex environment, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a multidisciplinary team approach, and secure safety at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Provide top-of-scope practice in this fast-paced clinical setting with support from Clinical Educators for competency validation. Requires 6 months of ICU nursing experience, state RN licensure, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
