RN - CV Clinic - FT Day

RN - CV Clinic role focused on nursing care in a clinical/office setting, acting as a consistent care coordinator across the patient care continuum. Responsible for assessing physical, psychological, and social needs, coordinating communication with providers, and facilitating education, screening, prevention, and follow-up care. Emphasizes documentation, developing resources and activities to support patients and families, and applying strong customer service and problem-solving skills in a medium-duty clinical environment. Requires RN licensure in Tennessee and Basic Life Support certification; 0-1 years of clinical nursing experience preferred. This is a full-time daytime position in Memphis, TN, within a hospital/health system that values compassionate, high-quality patient care.
