RN Critical Care Virtual ONSITE

Virtual Nurse (RN) collaborates with bedside team from the central monitoring facility to deliver high-quality remote nursing care. Provides admission and medication history, patient/family education, real-time monitoring, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to implement and adjust the care plan. Conducts remote assessments, documents patient status and education, supports discharge planning and post-discharge needs, and assists with rapid response and staff coaching while promoting safety and adherence to policy. This role supports patient care virtually while onsite at the Southfield, MI facility during part-time night/weekend coverage.
