Job Summary
Provide critical care nursing in the unit aligned with a 6:00pm–6:00am on-site schedule, including on-call and rotation on weekends and holidays. Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year forgiveness period. Requires Indiana RN licensure and CPR; ACLS & PALS certification within one year of hire. Preferred certifications include CCRN, CMSRN, or RN-BC. Education: graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Experience: clinical nursing experience during nursing program; 1–2 years of nursing experience in the desired practice area preferred. The role is based in Seymour, IN with on-site work expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- CPR required per policy
- ACLS & PALS certification required within one year of hire
- Registered Nurse Licensure, state of Indiana
- CCR N, CMSRN, or RN-BC certification preferred
- Minimum: Satisfactory completion of clinical experience while in nursing program
- Preferred: 1-2 years nursing experience in area of desired practice
