RN - Critical Care Stepdown Unit - 36 Hour Night Shift - WDH

RN in a Critical Care Stepdown Unit on a 36-hour night shift at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Responsibilities include interpreting and implementing the care plan, administering medications and monitoring for reactions, recording and tracking patient data (vital signs, symptoms, and changes), coordinating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, and modifying treatment plans as needed. Requires nursing education with either an Associate's Degree in Nursing (required) or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred); active RN license; BLS required with ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred. Minimum 1+ year clinical nursing experience; strong communication, confidentiality, and patient care skills. Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time/part-time positions; on-site mass General Brigham facility in Dover, NH.
