Job Summary
RN in Critical Care as part of the W.E.S.T. Float Team at Wellstar. Provide evidence-based, individualized care using the full nursing process; manage high-acuity patients across critical care units; safely administer medications and infusions; respond quickly to emergencies; educate and advocate for patients and families; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care. Education includes BSN preferred; CCRN preferred; active RN license required; day shift; Powder Springs, GA. Float-team nursing role emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and excellence across facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license (compact or single state)
- BLS - Basic Life Support from AHA
- ACLS required
- 2+ years of Recent Critical Care RN experience
