RN Critical Care - Part-time - Days - W.E.S.T. Float Team

Provide evidence-based, individualized care using the full nursing process for complex, high-acuity patients in critical care units. Safely administer medications, infusions, and treatments while responding quickly to emergencies and critical changes in patient condition. Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower them, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care.
