Job Summary
Assess patients and collect health data while coordinating care plans to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, and timely. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers, and individualize teaching based on specific learning needs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional knowledge of current nursing standards and regulations. Requires an Associate's or BSN degree, Illinois licensure, and CPR certification. Full-time role (36 hours/week) from 6pm to 6:30am every other weekend at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- 2+ years of RN ICU experience
