RN - Critical Care - Nights

Assess patients and collect health data while coordinating care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and providers, and individualize teaching based on specific learning needs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness and maintain current knowledge of standards and regulations. Requires an Associate's or BSN degree, Illinois licensure, and current CPR certification. Part-time schedule of 24 hours per week, rotating 6pm to 6:30am every other weekend.
