RN Critical Care

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered pre-operative and post-operative nursing care in collaboration with medical providers. Assess patient conditions during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting status changes while performing prescribed procedures and medication administration. Utilize the nursing process to meet individual patient needs, maintain knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical equipment, and document all care and treatment in the medical record. Promote compliance with National Patient Safety Goals and customer service initiatives aligned with HCAHCS standards. Serve as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience at this 250+ bed Tennessee stroke center and Level II Trauma facility.
