Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in critical care, collaborating with medical providers to perform procedures, monitor patients, and document administration of care. Assess, perform, teach, and manage individualized treatment plans while educating patients and families on medical conditions, medications, lifestyle changes, and self-management strategies. Manage evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and support recovery through a holistic, multidisciplinary approach. Requires an RN license, ACLS, BLS, and TAC within specified timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation, or Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
