Job Summary
Provide expert, compassionate care to postpartum and newborn patients using the nursing process to deliver evidence-based, individualized treatment. Manage complex clinical situations with critical thinking while administering medications safely and adhering to sterile techniques. Partner with patients and families to educate and advocate, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care across multiple Wellstar facilities. This full-time night shift role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and minimum two years of hands-on experience. Float between units to expand clinical expertise within a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Active RN License (compact or single-state)
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
