RN Critical Care Float

Conduct patient rounding to maximize satisfaction and quality standards while performing assessments, reassessments, and medication administration. Develop individualized plans of care, maintain equipment, document patient needs, and communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrate technical skills and procedures using the nursing process to meet patient needs across ages served. Collaborate on physical and psychological support for patients and families. This float role at TriStar Skyline Medical Center, a 250+ bed stroke center and ACS Level II Trauma Center, requires current licensure and at least one year of med-surg experience. Complete Med-Surg certification within one year of hire.
