RN Coordinator Trauma Womens Weekend Days

RN Coordinator Trauma Women's Weekend Days coordinates trauma and women's health care on weekend day shifts, triages and assesses trauma patients, administers medications and treatments, supports trauma activations, facilitates patient flow from admission through discharge or transfer, serves as a clinical resource for trauma and women's services, participates in quality improvement, data collection, documentation and reporting related to trauma cases, ensures adherence to trauma protocols and regulatory standards, and provides staff education to promote patient safety and compassionate, patient-centered care. This role collaborates with physicians, surgeons, emergency and critical care teams, social workers, and ancillary staff to deliver high-quality nursing care in a weekend-day trauma setting.
