Job Summary
Join HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital as an RN Coordinator for the Operating Room Surgery, where your clinical and leadership skills will enhance surgical services operations and patient care quality.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required within 6 months
- Minimum two years experience in surgical services
- CNOR certification recommended

- Knowledge of scrub and circulating responsibilities
- Ability to handle OR duties and on-call
- Critical thinking skills
- Service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
