RN Coordinator - Clinic

The RN Coordinator is responsible for daily coordination of patient care and staffing, assisting with care planning, procedures, and nursing staff scheduling. This role requires strong interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills, with accountability for maintaining quality patient care. The RN must demonstrate professional competence, act as a patient advocate, and provide education to patients and staff. Candidates must have current RN licensure in South Dakota or multi-state privileges, and must possess CPR certification.
