Job Summary
Provide on-site staffing support to Assisted Living communities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa while delivering staff training to ensure clinical excellence. Conduct clinical quality assurance and auditing of care practices to monitor high-quality clinical services and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Support and train nursing care teams to enhance resident care outcomes and play a vital role in improving well-being across multiple locations. This full-time day shift role requires up to 70% travel and an on-call rotation for registered nurses with 5+ years in health care management and LTC compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current licensure
- Willingness to become licensed in the states of MN, WI, and IA
- 5+ years of demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations
- Demonstrated competencies in quality management
- Demonstrated competencies in staff development
- Experience with LTC compliance with regulations
- Experience with federal and state survey licensure surveys
- Ability to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
