Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records. Develop and implement patient plans of care while evaluating responses to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections. Maintain confidential patient charts and document interventions and outcomes accurately. Provide patient and family education based on their learning readiness. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to protect patient health, safety, and rights. Requires an Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing and an active RN license. Located at Mercy Hospital in Durango.
