Perform comprehensive pre-operative assessments, verify surgical consents, initiate IV therapy, administer ordered medications, and ensure patients are prepared both physically and emotionally for procedures. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and strict safety standards. This role supports a patient-centered culture with access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities within the Pre-Op team.
