Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement a patient plan of care for individuals and families, utilizing the nursing process to derive culturally appropriate outcomes. Provide leadership by mentoring staff, assigning tasks based on skill level, and supervising LPN scope of practice. Participate in interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care, promote patient safety initiatives, and engage in department-specific quality projects. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered communication while resolving concerns and continuously evaluating satisfaction. Maintain a safe environment, document interventions, and accept assignments across areas within individualized competency. Commit to lifelong learning through formal and independent activities to maintain clinical skills.
