Job Summary
RN-Clinical Team Coordinator on a Geisinger Medical Center unit (BP7) working nights, 0.9 FTE (36 hours). Coordinates and supervises nursing care delivery, supports unit-level improvements for high-quality, safe, and cost-efficient patient care, provides direct patient care and supervises assigned staff, conducts performance appraisals, schedules staffing, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes Magnet principles and evidence-based practice while fostering professional growth and collaboration on the unit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years-Nursing (Required)
- Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body
- Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
