RN Clinical Supervisor- Per Diem

Conduct on-site supervisory and teaching visits to evaluate caregivers and provide clinical orientation on assigned home care cases. Perform initial nursing assessments, counsel patients and caregivers on meeting nursing needs, and assist physicians in developing treatment plans. Assign and coordinate services while preparing clinical progress notes and monitoring records for accurate documentation. Train new nurses and conduct in-services for field staff. Requires CPR certification, one year of home care and supervisory experience, a valid NYS driver's license, and reliable transportation. Visits Liverpool and surrounding areas with required aide presence.
