Ensure efficient resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals while collaborating with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across the continuum. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues in coordination with the Staffing Office to ensure units are appropriately staffed for patient care. Hold direct and indirect care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to direct patient care staff, demonstrating servant leadership through public and private recognition. Engage in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager as directed. Maintain professional standards consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards.
