RN Clinical Supervisor - Nights - Mercy Hospital Kingfisher

Assure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care and ensure efficient resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to communicate and improve processes across the continuum while ensuring units are appropriately staffed for patient care. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office. Lead by modeling professional standards and a positive attitude, inspiring shared vision and demonstrating the value of change. Challenge current processes to enable others to promote change through support, mentorship, and guidance to direct patient care providers. Hold direct and indirect care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. Engage co-workers through servant leadership, providing public and private recognition and connecting on a personal level. Participate in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager as directed.
