RN Clinical Supervisor - Nights - Mercy Hospital Kingfisher

Assure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective care by ensuring units are appropriately staffed and efficiently utilizing available resources. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across the continuum and proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues. Challenge current processes by providing mentorship, support, and guidance to direct patient care providers while holding them accountable for adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. Model professional standards and servant leadership to inspire a shared vision of change, offering both public and private recognition to co-workers. Participate in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. Requires current RN license, 3-5 years of hospital experience, and certifications including TNCC, ACLS/ALS, and ENPC or PALS.
