RN Clinical Supervisor - NICU

Coordinate and oversee daily nursing care for NICU patients while managing staffing, patient flow, and resource utilization. Lead and support nursing staff by mentoring coworkers, driving change initiatives, and holding team members accountable for performance and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve processes, address patient concerns, and promote patient safety and quality improvement. Assist with operational needs to maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
