Job Summary
Lead and support clinical teams in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring appropriate staffing levels and collaborating on patient flow and bed management. Use resources efficiently to meet productivity and financial goals, partnering with clinical leadership and physicians to enhance workflows across the continuum of care. Mentor co-workers to become leaders of change, hold caregivers accountable for professional responsibilities and regulatory standards, and participate in performance evaluations. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Nursing Diploma
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or compact licensure
- 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
- Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations
- Experience within change management
