RN- Clinical Supervisor, Med Surg, FT Nights (4x weekly)

Lead and support competent co-workers in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring appropriate staffing levels and collaborating on patient flow and bed management. Use resources efficiently to meet productivity and financial goals, and partner with clinical leadership, physicians, and administrative teams to enhance workflows and improve processes across the continuum of care. Mentor and empower co-workers to become leaders of change, hold caregivers accountable for professional responsibilities and regulatory standards, and participate in performance evaluations. Model Mercy's mission and values to foster a positive team culture through servant leadership. Full-time, 36 hours/week, Monday–Thursday nights (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
