Job Summary
Lead and support clinical teams in delivering exceptional patient care by ensuring appropriate staffing levels and collaborating on patient flow and bed management. Use resources efficiently to meet productivity and financial goals while partnering with physicians and administrative teams to enhance workflows and improve processes. Mentor co-workers to become leaders of change, hold caregivers accountable for professional responsibilities and regulatory standards, and participate in performance evaluations. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations
- 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties

- Additional state licensure or specialty certifications
- Prior management experience - experience within change management
